Master Calendar Hearing in Immigration Court

After receiving a Notice to Appear from ICE or USCIS, a noncitizen will be scheduled for a master calendar hearing. The master calendar hearing is like a pre-trial of your removal or deportation case. It is usually a very short proceeding where you get to seek a relief from deportation.
