Attorney Emmanuel Asiriuwa is a dedicated and passionate U.S. immigration advocate whose goal is to make the American dream of every client a reality by helping them successfully navigate the complicated U.S. immigration system. Attorney Asiriuwa is a licensed attorney admitted in the State of Texas and licensed to practice U.S. immigration law in all 50 states in the United States. He also holds an active bar license in all 36 states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with extensive experience in commercial law and civil litigation.  Attorney Asiriuwa has been in active legal practice for over twelve years.

He got his law degree from the prestigious University of Benin in 2008 with an LL.B (Hons) and thereafter in 2009 he went to the Nigerian Law School Lagos, Nigeria and graduated with a Post Graduate Degree in Law (BL). Attorney Asiriuwa was admitted to the Nigeria Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on November 3, 2009. Immediately after his admission to the Nigerian Bar, Attorney Asiriuwa began active legal practice in Kaduna, Nigeria. In December 2015 he graduated from McGeorge School of Law with a Postgraduate Diploma (LL.M) in Transnational Business Practice.

Having personally gone through the U.S. Immigration process, Attorney Asiriuwa knows the law and complicated process of the U.S. immigration system. He has helped numerous noncitizens successfully obtain all kinds of immigration benefits such as green cards through adjustment of status, consular processing overseas, R-1 religious worker visas, L-1 work visa, B1/2 business and tourist visa, F1 student visas, etc. Attorney Asiriuwa has founded his law firm with the clear mission of ensuring the best experience for every client seeking U.S. immigration benefit as well as helping investors navigate the Nigerian corporate world.
